Ingredients

  • medium size banana roughly 1 cup
  • cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • first, peel and chop 2 medium-sized bananas, roughly 1 cup. add the chopped bananas to a mixer or blending jar.
  • then add 1½ cup of milk, preferably cold or chilled.
  • add ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder and 2 tbsp of sugar, add a few ice cubes.
  • blend until smooth.
  • serve chilled.

  • you can use soy milk or badam or coconut milk if you are lactose intolerant.
  • you can adjust sugar. however, adding more sugar will result in high-calorie value.
