You can always cook the usual omelette and egg burji for yourself, but you need to keep inventing and come up with unique meals to make those fussy eaters eat when it comes to cooking for kids. You can make this wonderful bite-sized small meal for your kids with eggs, which is tasty as well as healthy.

These egg bites also called ‘egg appe’ because it cooked in appe pan. There are tiny, round egg balls that will revert your kids’ attention and will work up their appetite, the moment they see them on their plate. You can add any vegetables of your choice to make these yummy and healthy egg bites. Ingredients

  • 4 egg
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • few coriander leaves
  • oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Take 4 eggs and break the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp black pepper powder, ¼ turmeric powder and salt to taste. And whisk well.
  • Add 1 grated carrot, chopped onion, green chilli, few coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Heat guliyappa pan and smear oil.
  • Add 1 tbsp of the egg batter into each of the cavities.
  • cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Flip over and cook some more minutes. cook both sides.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
