Herbal tea does not require any special equipment or fancy ingredients, easily available spices in most of the Indian kitchen. ginger, tulsi, mint even pepper and cinnamon are extremely healthy landing a strong uppercut against illness of any kind.

Our ancient ayurvedic teachings have a solution to most of our common problems. These solutions are generally made with the easily available ingredients easily available in our kitchens. One such easy and simple, yet effective traditional recipes are herbal tea recipes known for their immediate and effective relief.

This ayurvedic tea can easily fit in your day to day diet and can replace other popular beverages like tea or coffee for better cases. And since these teas do not have any caffeine in them though, they can easily be drunk at night as well. These herbal drinks may not taste superb on their own though, which is why I always recommend sweetening them with a touch of honey or adding a bit of lime juice to cut the bitterness. My advice would be to mix and match various ingredients as per your tastes until you reach a tisane that pleases your taste buds.
