instant rava paddu

Instant rava paddu is one of the easiest breakfast recipes. I have used normal sooji or rava which we typically use for uppma or uppittu. I have even added curd or yoghurt which introduce sourness to the batter. It also hastens the fermentation process when mixed with baking soda. Alternatively, even Eno fruit salt can also be used for instant rava paddu in the place of baking soda. Add the baking soda or eno salt just before roasting to get a better result.

You can add vegetables of your choice like capsicum, peas, beans to prepare a mixed vegetable paddu recipe. bombay rava paddu tastes great when served hot.

Finally, I would like to highlight my other breakfast recipe collection with the Instant Rava Paddu post. It includes recipes like palak dosa, quinoa dosa, chickpea dosa, etc. Further, I request you to check my other recipes collection like,
