Spicy Lemon Juice | Refreshing Nimbu Sharbat | Summer Drink with a detailed photo and video recipe. Lemon with chilli and ginger makes a refreshing drink with a spicy twist, as well as a flavour from chilli and ginger. If you are someone like me, who doesn’t like plain lemonade, then this recipe is for you. It is spicy, thanks to the bites of ginger and green chilli used.
Nimbu sharbat is a popular simple drink especially during summer and typically served to tiring guest whenever they arrive. It is served especially to rehydrate and to refresh as it contains the perfect balance of glucose and vitamins. Usually, each region has its own variety of nimbu pani but in this post, let’s learn the spicer version of nimbu sharbat.

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 green chilli
- ½ inch ginger
- 2 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 glass water chilled
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a bowl.
- Take a blending jar to add, lemon juice, sugar, green chilli, ginger and a pinch of salt.
- Add water and blend it well for flavours to infuse.
- Fill the serving glass with few ice cubes, lemon slice and strain the juice into it.
- Garnish with green chilli and serve.

Notes
- You can add half water and half soda if you want it sparkling way.
- Adjust sugar and chilli quantity as per taste.
How to make mint lemonade with step by step photo:
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a bowl. Take a blending jar and add lemon juice to it.

- Add half inch ginger slice.

- Further add, one green chilli for spiciness.

- Sugar for sweetness.

- Add pinch of salt. You can use black salt to enhance flavor.

- Finally add one glass of water and blend it well to infuse the flavor.

- Fill the serving glass with few ice cubes, lemon slice and strain the juice into it. Garnish with green chilli and serve.
