Watermelon milkshake is an easy and refreshing beverage drink made with watermelon cubes and milk with an edition of sabja seeds. This recipe is very quick and easy to make as it is made with easily available in most of the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup milk boiled and cooled
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • few ice cubes

Instructions

  • First, soak sabja seeds in enough water for 5 minutes. It would become jelly-like. And chop watermelon and keep it aside.
  • Now take a blending jar to add 1 cup of chopped watermelon cubes, 1 cup of boiled and cooled milk and 2 tsp of sugar.
  • Blend to smooth milkshake.
  • Take serving glass to add some ice cubes and 1 tsp of soaked sabja seeds. Pour blended milkshake and stir well.
  • Finally, serve a watermelon milkshake garnished with a few watermelon pieces.

  • Adding sugar according to your taste or depends on the sweetness of the watermelon.
  • Milkshake tastes great when served chilled.
  • You can add ice cream to make it extra creamy.
