Cheese Bread Omelette

This pocket cheese bread omelette recipe has protein, carbs and veggies. you can make this omelette in a hole with any kind of bread, any kind of veggies any kind of cheese that you like.
- bread slice as required
- cheese slice as required
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp onion
- 2 green chilli
- capsicum as required
- pinch of turmeric
- salt to taste
- oil for cooking
using a knife cut out the centre of each slice of bread leaving an outline around the bread crust. (save the cut out).
next, take 3 cracked eggs in a bowl. add 2 tbsp of onion, 2 chopped green chilli, a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste and mix well. keep it aside.
heat pan or skillet and add little oil. place the bread and pour the egg mixture into the hole.
next spread chopped capsicum.
further, cover the cheese slice on it and place the centre of bread over the hole.
cook on low flame.
flip and cook well.
serve with your favourite sauce or chutney.
- in this recipe, I used cheese slices but you can use any kind of cheese that you like.
- here I used whole wheat bread but you can use any kind of bread you like.
